The individual visit in a 360° panorama offers the viewer a unique, immersive experience that is completely new in the world of cultural heritage. In 2019, GSK had developed an app called 360° Swiss Heritage. This app was adapted to virtual reality glasses and is in use in various castles as well as in several tourist offices in Switzerland. During the Swiss lockdown, GSK made the castle explorations, which were previously only possible with VR glasses, freely accessible to everyone on the internet. The 360° Swiss Heritage project is technically implemented by DNA Studio from Bulle. Other castles from all parts of the country are to follow.
